Step up from Interlock 155gsm when coaches want a more substantial hand for autumn/winter kits or when thin fabrics show undergarments under broadcast lights. At 190gsm you still stay well below Scuba 260gsm, so the garment remains match-wearable.
Same double-knit logic as interlock: stable print face, good wash recovery. Sample both 155 and 190 if your brief sits between climates.
