Ultratech Apparel's Fujian production base integrates knitting and weaving lines with in-house finishing under one roof — giving us direct control over fabric quality from yarn to finished roll, without relying on third-party subcontractors for core processes.
Integrated Process:
- Knitting: In-house knitting lines producing our sports jersey and knit fabric range.
- Weaving: In-house weaving lines producing our Grade A woven sublimation fabric range.
- Finishing: In-house finishing to apply functional treatments such as UV protection and anti-bacterial properties.
